Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 would have a level of difficulty 'Realistic'

According to a leak published by Exogamer trophy, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will include an additional level of difficulty to the traditional Recruit, Professional, Hardener and Veteran.

It would be a level 'Realistic' that were not disclosed details, but which could include non-regenerating health. So far, Activision has not spoken about it, but if confirmed, players will almost certainly have to 'mourn tears of blood' to get this trophy.
